My GWR 517 was missing the two whistles from the top of the half cab also another couple of parts from the loco which I found in the box. I contacted Robert at Dapol explaining the problem and that as an 80 year old I didn’t have the dexterity or good enough eyesight to fix them myself. Robert was very kind and understanding and said he’d fix them for me even forwarding a freepost label. My loco was returned with all parts fixed without glue marks. Robert is a credit to your team.
