However on fitting two couplings the top links detached themselves from the shafts,and then sprung apart.

O gauge screw couplings
Fitted two couplings to loco, the first time it ran they both fell off. Refitted with longer springs, washer and split pin.

If you live in Europa, do not order to Dapol.
It has been 3 weeks since I placed the order and I received nothing yet. No response from Dapol customer service neither royal mail.

Your order was placed out of/after office hours on the 9th of May. Dapol dispatched your order the 13th, the parcel arrived at French customs on the 17th of May. Import duties were paid on the 27th May, so your order was sat in French customs for 10 days. Presumably your order is now out for delivery. I apologise if your e-mail went unanswered this was an oversight not intentional.
