Easi-Fit magnetic couplings are an easy way to convert your NEM rolling stock for hands free remote coupling and uncoupling. These are the medium arm variant and the pack contains five pairs of couplings.
Knuckle length from the pocket front to the end of the knuckle approximately 7.6mm
Despite fitting the couplings and uncoupler magnet very carefully as per the instructions, I find that the uncoupling procedure is unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have tried lubrication with dry graphite (as used on similar Kadee 00 gauge couplings) and also a small amount of silicone. Neither method improves reliability so my only hope is that they may wear in. One item was also supplied without the return spring fitted

Works great with Micro-Trains
Was so glad to find these couplers! Works great with Micro-Trains couplers replacing all using a NEM socket on my locomotives. Piko, Graham-Farish, Trix etc.. - not some Kato. But even so! No wonder they sold out... Tiny Graham-Farish shunter using these Dapol couplers in the video...
