The product itself is great, my disappointment lies with dapol itself. I placed the order with dapol and the item after 2 weeks still hadn’t arrived, I sent dapol 2 emails asking if they could help locate the product with Royal Mail and no reply from dapol at all. I ended up having to chase Royal Mail and finding the parcel from dapol to which after nearly three weeks I now have my Order! Very disappointed in dapol’s customer service - if there is any at all!
